Me too! Happened in high school when I liked Maroon 5 before they got any airtime on the radio. All of a sudden, they were everyone’s favorite band and it totally annoyed me.
I love The Santa Clause.
It’s one of my favorite Christmas movies. But I always think it’s funny at the end when his son says “I think I’ll go into the family business” - AKA, be Santa when he grows up. According to the rules of Santa in this movie, he’d basically have to kill his dad to get the job.
